Last updated September 6, 2026. This policy describes the Lodyans website, operated by ATHININ TECH LLC. The mobile app has its own privacy policy.
No listening account required
You can browse and listen without giving us your name, email address or precise location. This version of the website does not load advertising scripts or audience analytics by default.
Preferences on your device
When you save a favorite or adjust the volume, those choices are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to a Lodyans user account. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them. If local storage is unavailable, favorites work only during your visit.
Connections to other services
Opening the site sends normal connection information, such as IP address, browser details and request time, to our hosting provider for delivery and security. Station logos are delivered through Supabase. Pressing play connects directly to the broadcaster or its streaming provider, which receives your connection information and may apply its own privacy practices. We do not record the audio you listen to.
If you contact us
Emailing us shares your email address and the contents of your message with us and our email provider. We use them to respond, handle corrections or rights requests, and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive identity documents. Contact us to request access to or deletion of information you have supplied.
Advertising and consent
Website advertising is currently disabled by default. Before enabling it, we must configure Google AdSense, review this policy and implement the applicable consent process. Advertising partners may then use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Where required, advertising will remain blocked until the applicable consent has been obtained. Advertising inside a station’s audio is controlled by that broadcaster.
Questions and choices
You can delete browser-stored preferences in your browser settings and stop the direct stream connection by pausing playback. For privacy questions or requests, email haiti241@gmail.com. You may also have rights under the privacy laws that apply where you live.
